Are you confident, adaptable, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in secondary schools? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to work as Cover Supervisors on a flexible supply basis across the UK.

Whether you're a recent graduate, exploring a career in education, or someone with experience in support or care roles, this could be the perfect next step.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom to help keep things running smoothly in the teacher's absence. Your role may involve:

  • Supervising pre-planned lessons and keeping students focused
  • Encouraging participation and supporting classroom activities
  • Helping with classroom organisation and managing behaviour
  • Offering additional support to students who need it
  • Contributing to a calm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

What We're Looking For:
We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Hold a degree (BSc, MSc, PhD) or a Certificate of Education
  • Have a genuine interest in working with young people
  • Feel comfortable leading a class and keeping things on track
  • Communicate clearly and can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Either already have an Enhanced DBS on the update service or are happy to apply for one through us
  • Have experience working with children or in schools (a bonus, not a must)
