Job summary

Manshead Church of England Academy is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join the Cover Supervision Team. You will provide classroom cover for prepared lessons when teachers are absent, ensuring continuity of learning and smooth daily operations.

The role requires an organised, flexible and responsible approach, with strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude. This post is term-time only and subject to enhanced disclosure.

Cover Supervisor

3 32.5 hours per week term time only

Annual salary NJC8 - NJC11

We are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to work as part of the Cover Supervision Team. The successful candidate will support the educational needs of the academy by covering prepared lesson(s) in the absence of a teacher. They will manage the classroom, supervising students effectively and undertake any lesson task(s) set by the teacher.
