A UK Secondary School is seeking a Cover Supervisor to provide support in classes starting January 2026. The role is fixed-term until August 2026, with a fixed salary range of £20,266.17 to £22,318.17 for 32.5 hours per week. Ideal candidates will have effective communication skills and a passion for inclusive teaching, supporting diverse student needs. Part-time applicants may be considered.
Required From January 2026 Fixed Term Until 31 August 2026. Grade 5 SCP 8-14. Actual Salary £20,266.17 to £22,318.17. 32.5 hours per week, term time only, 39 weeks per year. Part Time may be considered. We are looking to recruit a full time Cover Supervisor (Part time may be considered) on a fixed term basis until 31.8.26.
Successful applicants should be able to effectively communicate to groups and whole classes, giving direction regarding pre-set work prepared by a qualified teacher for the cover lesson, and provide consistent support to all young people, responding appropriately to individual pupil needs. The role will be based across our Lower and Upper School Sites. You will be an enthusiastic individual who shares our ethos of supporting all students to receive the highest quality, inclusive teaching.
