Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Salary: 120 - 120 per day
Contract Type: Temporary, Full-time

Aspire People are currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors within the Preston area. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across various subjects, ensuring that students remain on task and continue to make progress when their regular teacher is absent.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher.
2. Ensure students stay on task, complete their work, and maintain good behaviour.
3. Provide support for students with diverse learning needs.
4. Manage classroom routines and ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
5. Assist with administrative tasks where required.

Skills & Experience:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain discipline.
3. A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to engage students.
4. Previous experience in a school setting or working with young people is desirable, but not essential.
5. A degree or teaching qualification is beneficial, but not required.
