Job description

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of education in the absence of teaching staff. You will:

• Deliver pre-set lesson plans to students across Key Stages 3 and 4

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively

• Supervise whole classes during short-term teacher absences

• Provide support and ensure a safe and productive learning environment

About You:

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and organisational skills

• Can build positive relationships with students and staff

• Remains calm under pressure and manages behaviour effectively

• Ideally has previous experience working in schools or with young people (not essential)

• Is considering a career in teaching or education
