Job summary

An education agency is seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor in Ellesmere Port to supervise classes and manage student behaviour during teacher absences. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in UK secondary schools as a Cover Supervisor or HLTA. This role offers flexible short-term assignments leading to long-term opportunities, with working hours from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cover Supervisor or HLTA in UK secondary schools.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to different school environments.
• Proactive and professional attitude.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with at least one year of experience working in UK schools as a Cover Supervisor or HLTA.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
