We are seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Alford and the surrounding area with daily classroom cover and student supervision. This is an ideal role for individuals with a passion for education and the ability to manage a classroom environment effectively.

• Supervise whole classes during teacher absences

• Ensure students remain on task with pre-set work

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Provide general classroom support as needed

• Communicate effectively with teaching staff and senior leaders

• Adapt to different subjects and classroom settings throughout the day

• A Higher Level Education Certificate (or equivalent) is essential

• Previous experience in a school or classroom setting is beneficial

• Confident classroom presence and good behaviour management skills

• Flexible, adaptable, and professional attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• All applicants must complete a full vetting process

• You must provide the following essential documentation:
