Cover Supervisor

Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £100 - £130 per day
Contract Type: Day-to-Day Supply
Start Date: September 2025

About the Role:
We are currently seeking flexible and reliable Cover Supervisors for day-to-day supply work in a range of well-managed secondary schools across Hemel Hempstead.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy variety in their work and want to gain experience across multiple school settings. Day-to-day cover gives you the flexibility to work when it suits you, with no long-term commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering pre-set lessons in the absence of teaching staff

  • Ensuring students stay on task and follow school behaviour policies

  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively and professionally

  • Providing feedback to staff about class progress and conduct

  • Adapting to different school environments and subject areas

  • Being punctual, proactive, and dependable for daily assignments

What We re Looking For:

  • Adaptability and resilience across varied schools and age groups

  • A professional attitude and clear communication skills

  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
