Cover Supervisor - Secondary Schools - Ealing, Inner London
Start Date: Immediate / September 2025
Contract Type: Temporary / Long-Term Supply
Salary: Competitive daily rates (aligned with Outer/Inner London pay scales)

We are recruiting experienced and reliable Cover Supervisors to provide day-to-day cover in secondary schools across Ealing and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with young people and want a varied and flexible role supporting teaching and learning.

Cover Supervisor - Key Responsibilities
Supervise whole classes during planned and emergency teacher absences
Implement set work and ensure students remain focused and engaged
Manage student behaviour effectively, maintaining a positive and safe learning environment
Support school staff by following safeguarding and health & safety policies
Report on student engagement and any issues arising during cover lessons
