Are you a natural leader in the classroom? Thrive on variety and challenge? We’re looking for a confident Cover Supervisor with top-tier behaviour management to jump into action across Dover schools – start ASAP and make every day count!

We are recruiting on behalf of several welcoming and well-managed secondary schools in Dover, who are seeking a capable Cover Supervisor to join their teams immediately. This role is perfect for someone who can confidently lead a classroom, keep pupils engaged, and handle behaviour with ease.

Role Details:

• Start Date: ASAP

• Location: Dover, Kent

• Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (part-time may be available)

• Contract: Ongoing supply with potential for long-term placements

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects

• Ensure a positive, productive classroom environment

• Manage pupil behaviour confidently and effectively

• Provide consistent support to students and liaise with staff as needed

You will need:

• Previous experience leading a class (e.g. Cover Supervisor, HLTA, or similar)

• Strong behaviour management skills

• Confidence, flexibility, and professionalism

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
