Your Role:

• Supervise Classes: Manage classrooms in the absence of regular teachers, ensuring students stay on task and engaged.
• Deliver Pre-Set Work: Facilitate learning by following lesson plans provided by the absent teacher.
• Maintain Order: Create a safe and respectful learning environment, handling any issues with confidence and care.
• Inspire Students: Be a positive role model, encouraging students to achieve their best.
