We are seeking to recruit a Cover Supervisor to ensure staffing consistency for our pupils.
You will need to be adaptable and dynamic, covering staff absences and staff on CPD. If you enjoy experiencing a different day every day, then this position is for you.
The school delivers a broad curriculum of GCSEs and vocational subjects. You will need to deliver lessons planned by teachers, adapting where necessary to meet pupil and group needs.
When not covering sessions, you will run interventions for individuals and groups.
This post will support the school across 3 sites in Deal and Thanet.
Your salary will be prorated to reflect the 38 working weeks, meaning you are paid for the weeks you work plus a portion of holiday pay, with the total spread evenly over 12 months for consistency.
