What you’ll be doing:
  • Supervising classes across a range of subjects using set lesson plans

  • Managing the classroom environment to support learning and minimise disruption

  • Building quick rapport with students and promoting positive behaviour

  • Supporting the wider school community as needed

What you’ll need:

Experience working with children or young people in the UK
or
A UK degree in a relevant subject (e.g., English, Maths, Science, PE, etc.)

And also:
Excellent communication skills
Confidence managing behaviour in a classroom setting
A calm, professional approach (with a good sense of humour never hurting!)
