Cover Supervisor
Contract Type: Temporary, Term Time Only
Hours: 8.45am-3.15pm
Pay Rate: Up to £90 per day

Are you keen to lead a classroom and play a pivotal role in the education of the next generation? Do you have strong behaviour management skills and feel confident in supporting students with following a lesson plan? If so, you may be our ideal candidate.

What skills should you have?

1. A positive and driven attitude & a keen desire to positively impact students' learning journey
2. A strong classroom presence and confidence in managing behaviour, keeping classes on track with lesson plans
3. Calmness and positivity when faced with challenging situations, adaptability to cover a range of subjects

What will my responsibilities be?

1. Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of different subjects and age groups, covering KS3 and KS4
2. Upholding the school's behaviour policy and ensuring you maintain a positive and productive learning environment
3. Keeping students engaged and on task, offering additional support where necessary
