Role of a Cover Supervisor

This is a multi-faceted role. You will work alongside faculty to support the educational growth and development of pupils, either in a group setting or on a 1-1 basis. Your responsibilities include assisting in daily class operations and liaising with teachers to meet student needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work collaboratively with teachers to ensure educational plans are implemented effectively.
2. Assist students in accessing and understanding the curriculum.
3. Monitor behaviour and welfare of pupils throughout the day.
4. Help ensure all students have access to equal opportunities.
5. Be vigilant in safeguarding.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is eager to grow as an educator while helping others expand their horizons. You should possess skills suited to a teaching environment, including excellent communication, patience, positivity, and a passion for inspiring change.

Additional Information

All pay rates include statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanency later.
