Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd. is seeking confident, enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Colchester. You will supervise classes during teacher absences, deliver pre-set work and help maintain a positive learning environment to keep lessons running smoothly.

Experience with children is desirable, and you should have strong communication and classroom management skills. Enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks are required; flexible work arrangements and dedicated consultant
