Complete Classroom Services are working with a range of secondary schools in Bexley to recruit confident and reliable Cover Supervisors. This role is ideal for those looking to gain school-based experience, whether you are an aspiring teacher, a graduate, or someone with strong classroom management skills.

The Role

• Supervise classes across KS3 KS4 in the absence of the class teacher.
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain on task.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff after cover lessons.

Requirements

• Confident, flexible and able to adapt to different school environments.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 1 hour for assignments.
• Availability for a minimum of 2 days per week.
• Previous experience in schools or with young people is desirable, but not essential.
