Overview

Cover Supervisor – Mainstream Secondary with SEN Provision – Tower Hamlets. From £100/day | Secondary | Tower Hamlets | Immediate Start | Full-Time | Long-Term

Axcis are working with a high-achieving mainstream secondary school in Tower Hamlets, which also includes a resourced SEN provision, and are looking to appoint an experienced Cover Supervisor to start immediately. The school is known for its strong sense of community, excellent pastoral care and inclusive ethos. Ofsted praised the school’s commitment to ensuring all students – including those with additional needs – achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4 when teachers are absent, ensuring lessons run smoothly.
• Maintaining a positive learning environment and implementing effective behaviour strategies.
• Supporting within the school’s SEN provision when required, promoting inclusion for all learners.
• Building strong relationships with students across a range of subjects.
• Collaborating with teaching staff and pastoral leads to maintain high standards of learning and conduct.
