We are seeking a reliable Cover Supervisor for a Secondary school in Chester who will be responsible for supervising small classes in the absence of a regular teaching staff. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of the school and maintaining a productive learning environment and consistency for SEND students.
Experience working with children or young people is desirable. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage a classroom environment effectively, a high level of organisational skills, and the ability to multitask. A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the changing needs of the school are crucial.
