Teaching Personnel is seeking Cover Supervisors to support a range of diverse and welcoming schools across Staffordshire. Role Overview:
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of teachers across a variety of subjects.
  • Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure school policies are upheld.
  • Support students with their learning, ensuring they remain on task.
  • Work flexibly across different schools, gaining valuable experience in both primary and secondary settings.
Ideal Candidate:
