Job summary

Callington Community College, part of WeST, is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team in Callington. You will supervise lessons during short-term teacher absences, helping students stay engaged and on track while maintaining a positive learning environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and behaviour management skills, be adaptable, and work well within a team, supporting safeguarding and inclusion across a range of subjects.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.
• Experience working with secondary-age students in a learning environment.
• Strong organisational and ICT skills.
• Calm, professional approach and ability to promote high standards of behaviour and learning.
