Cover Supervisors Required in Sussex - Make a Difference in Burgess Hill Schools

Do you have a passion for education and a knack for keeping students engaged?

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to join our teams and provide essential support in secondary schools across Burgess Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students, contribute to a positive learning environment, and gain valuable experience in a school setting.

What You'll Do:

  • Classroom Management: Maintain order and a positive learning environment, ensuring students are engaged and behaving appropriately. Enforce school rules and address minor disruptions.
  • Supporting Learning: Follow pre-prepared lesson plans, provide guidance and support to students, and monitor their progress.
  • Administrative Tasks: Take attendance, collect and return work, and communicate with teachers as needed.
  • Additional Responsibilities (potential): Form tutoring, administrative support for curriculum departments.
