Job summary

GSL Education in Brentwood is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to support a secondary school during short-term staff absences. You will supervise lessons, deliver pre-planned activities, and help maintain a positive learning environment.

The role is temporary with a daily rate of £110-£150 and an ASAP start. You should have strong communication and safeguarding awareness, and be confident working with groups of pupils.

• Previous experience with children or young people is desirable.

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage groups.
