Vision for Education are looking for Cover Supervisors who are passionate about education with excellent behaviour management who can quickly build rapport with students and teachers alike.
As a cover supervisor, all teaching materials will be set for you upon your arrival at the school, and you will be expected to work through the lesson plans that have been set whilst helping the students with any questions they may have. The ideal candidate will be confident, academically led with a personable approach and a ‘can do’ attitude.
Location: Bournemouth and the surrounding areas
Start date: September 2025 or sooner
Part time and full time work available
The role can vary from school to school, but generally responsibilities will include:
Working as a cover supervisor is extremely rewarding as you have the opportunity to have a positive impact on every young person you work with. Although the work is typically on an ad-hoc basis, there is scope for more permanent and full-time roles to come about once you have your foot in the door.
Previous experience within an education setting is essential.
