Cover Supervisor with Strong Behaviour Management – September Start

Are you confident in managing classroom behaviour and passionate about supporting students’ learning across a variety of subjects?

Teaching Personnel is seeking a reliable and proactive Cover Supervisor to work on a temporary basis at a well-regarded secondary school in the Blackburn area, starting September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with classroom experience or those looking to gain further experience in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
