We are seeking a confident, reliable and enthusiastic person to join our professional and motivated team of support staff as a Cover Supervisor.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes across a range of subjects during short-term teacher absences. You will deliver pre-set work, ensuring students stay engaged and on task, manage student behaviour in line with the school's behaviour policy and provide feedback to teaching staff.
This is a key role and will require you to maintain good order and keep pupils on track, in line with Academy policies and procedures. You will preferably have experience of working with young people in an educational setting however this is not essential. The role is an excellent opportunity for someone to gain experience working in a secondary school or with aspirations to eventually train as a teacher.
