Pay Range: £100 - £126.36 per day (PAYE or Umbrella)

ANZUK Education is working with a range of supportive and diverse secondary schools in Surrey, Banstead seeking flexible and adaptable Secondary Cover Supervisors to support their teams from September 2026. This daily supply role offers the opportunity to supervise learning across subject areas, work in a variety of school environments, and maintain strong classroom practice without the responsibility for planning or assessment.

The schools are known for clear behaviour systems, supportive leadership, and consistent cover procedures, enabling cover supervisors to focus on maintaining a calm, productive learning environment and ensuring lessons run smoothly.

This Secondary Cover Supervisor role in Banstead would suit experienced Cover Supervisors, graduates with strong behaviour management skills, or individuals with previous secondary school experience seeking flexible work.

Key Responsibilities of a Secondary Cover Supervisor
