Job summary

GLF Schools is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor at Longford Park Primary School in Banbury. You will deliver lessons in the absence of the teacher, support students of all abilities, and provide feedback on progress to maintain high standards of learning.

Working within the Banbury cluster, you will collaborate with staff and the inclusion team to promote a positive, inclusive environment and safeguarding best practices during term-time.

Qualifications

• Teaching assistant experience.
• GCSE English & Maths at grade C (or equivalent).
• HLTA qualification or working towards.
• Ability to apply training in a classroom context.
• Communicate effectively with children in and out of class.
• Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support engaging lessons in the absence of the subject teacher.
