Teaching Personnel is working closely with a mainstream secondary school in B49, Alcester, to recruit reliable cover supervisors. Opportunities include full-time and part-time/flexible roles to fit around your schedule.

We are seeking confident individuals with previous experience as a cover supervisor in UK secondary schools.

Our ideal candidate will:

- Have previous experience as a cover supervisor or HLTA

- Be confident and outgoing with a strong classroom presence

- Possess effective behaviour management skills

- Have experience or understanding of supporting pupils with special educational needs

You will be required to:

- Step in for absent teachers and deliver lessons confidently across various year groups

- Follow pre-planned lessons accurately and adhere to timings

- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and report concerns to SLT

- Uphold safeguarding policies and maintain professionalism at all times
