Qualifications

• Experience working with young people, ideally in a school, mentoring, coaching or youth-work setting.
• Confidence leading a classroom and building positive relationships.
• Strong organisation, reliability and communication skills.
• Availability for full-time work and an ASAP start.
• Experience as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant would be relevant.
