Job summary

A leading construction recruitment agency is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee a significant residential development in Bedfordshire. This temporary role requires strong leadership and project management skills to ensure projects are delivered safely and on time. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in residential developments, a CSCS Card, and relevant health and safety certifications. Competitive day rate offered.

Qualifications

Randstad CPE is looking to onboard Cover Site Manager in Bedfordshire to support a medium scale 2,3,4,5 bedroom residential project.

• Title: Site Manager - Residential
• Location: Bedfordshire Site
• Contract: Temp
• Pay Rate: £250.00- £290.00 day rate (CIS)

Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a proactive and skilled individual to oversee a significant residential development in Bedfordshire for one of our leading developers. This is a temporary- opportunity to cover the site for a couple of weeks.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll lead and motivate the site team, manage subcontractors, and maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders.
