Cleaning Office and Events Venue Premises for Prestigious Client

Includes washing washrooms, kitchens, venue hall, and surrounding areas.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Hoovering/mopping, cleaning washrooms and kitchens
2. Carrying out deep cleans as required, using buffers and carpet cleaners – training provided
3. Ensuring premises are safe and disinfected regularly
4. Removing waste, replenishing consumables and supplies, attending to reactive jobs (spillages)
5. Providing customer service while working alongside the Client and their staff

Person Specification:

1. Must be well presented and a good communicator
2. Must have a can-do attitude, be polite and approachable
3. Hardworking, proactive, with good timekeeping and attendance
4. Previous cleaning experience preferred, especially with unsupervised work and prioritizing workload
5. Strong customer service, care, and leadership skills
6. Problem-solving and time management skills
7. Ability to work to set schedules and on own initiative
8. Flexible and proactive attitude
9. Understanding of health and safety policies
10. Presentable, uniformed, helpful, willing to go the extra mile, and able to represent ABM values on site
11. Follow company policies and procedures
12. Maintain a safe and well-maintained work environment and equipment
13. Identify and correct hazardous conditions
