Daily Rate: £130 £150 (PAYE)

TeacherActive is working closely with a well-regarded secondary school in Bath to recruit a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor to start immediately.

This is a long-term role in a supportive and welcoming school community. The successful candidate will be joining a team of dedicated staff who are committed to providing a positive learning environment for all students.

The Role:

As Cover Supervisor, you ll step into the classroom to deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher. You ll need to manage classroom behaviour, keep pupils on task, and ensure a smooth continuation of learning.

There is no planning or marking involved, but a calm, professional approach and a genuine interest in supporting young people is essential.

What We re Looking For:

• A CACHE Level 2/3 qualification or minimum 6 months of recent classroom-based experience
• Strong classroom management skills
• Confident leading lessons across different subjects and year groups (ages )
• Professional, reliable, and able to build positive relationships with staff and students
• Available to start immediately and commit to a consistent, ongoing role
