About The Role:

Working Days: 3-week rotation:

• Week 1) 0730-1600 Monday to Friday
• Week 2) 0900-1700 Monday to Friday
• Week 3) 1000-1800 Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising the security team, providing exceptional first-line manned guarding and customer service to all court users.
• Ensuring compliance with all legislation, including H&S, SIA Licensing & Risk Assessments.
• Carrying out duties ethically and professionally, including monitoring premises, CCTV, and search channels.
• Being the point of contact for security issues within the complex, recording and reporting incidents.
• Providing duty manager cover on weekends on rotation.
• Managing team rotas and using Timegate systems.

Ideal Candidate Criteria:

• Right to Work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS and BS7858 security clearance for successful candidates.
• SIA Licence and relevant security experience.
• Supervisory experience of security teams.
• Strong people and customer service skills.
• High standards of diligence and work quality.
• Effective communication skills.

Attendance Allowance of £1 per hour can be earned on contracted hours, subject to meeting attendance criteria.
