About The Role

• Working Days: 3-week rolling shift pattern
• 0700 until 1730 week 1
• 0730 until 1800 week 2
• 0900 until 1800 week 3

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming and guiding court users.
• Monitor premises and visitors via CCTV and x-ray machines, conduct security checks including hand-held metal detectors and bag searches.
• Patrol and secure access to buildings, maintain contact with the control room using radios.
• Respond to panic alarms in judges' rooms, courts, and offices.
• Address security issues, record, and report incidents.

Candidate Requirements

• Right to Work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS and BS7858 security clearance.
• SIA Licence and relevant security experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• High standards of diligence and work quality.
• Effective communication skills.

Attendance allowance of £1/hour can be earned, subject to meeting attendance criteria.
