Overview

We are looking for a talented and passionate Court of Protection Solicitor to join our clients prestigious and renowned Court of Protection team in Central London. With a minimum of 1 year PQE, you will be responsible for dealing with complex, high-value estates. Although a Newly Qualified would be considered with recent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Running of files and working with the Deputy in dealing with the Court of Protection
• Preparation of general Court Applications
• Preparation of Statutory Will Applications
• Represent the Deputy at Court of Protection Hearings
• Investigate suspicions of Financial Abuse
• Estate Administration

Requirements

You will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills. You will be able to communicate complex areas of law in a simple and coherent way and have the interpersonal skills to establish long-term relationships with the Deputy, the OPG, the individual and their family.
