Responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload of Property and Affairs matters within the Court of Protection.
  • Advise clients, families, support teams and external solicitors on a wide range of legal matters.
  • Handle applications to the Court of Protection.
  • Support senior colleagues on complex and high-value cases.
Skills / Qualifications
  • At least 2 years’ PQE with experience in Court of Protection work.
  • Strong knowledge of funding options and welfare issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
