Court of Protection Solicitor

This Top Tier Legal 500 ranked firm seeks a Court of Protection Solicitor with 2+ PQE to join a highly-established department located in South-East London.

The Firm:

Based in South-East London, this firm is well-established with an excellent heritage and has a strong client base. They have ambitious growth plans over the next 18 months, making it an exciting time to join. The firm has a history of developing legal talents from NQ to Partner levels.

The Role:

This role involves representing protected parties and family members in complex health and welfare proceedings before the Court of Protection and the High Court. Responsibilities include handling cases related to Mental Capacity, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Judicial Reviews, LPAs, carers' rights, and issues under the Care Act 2014. The team consists of the Managing Partner, two solicitors, and support staff. The successful candidate will work with minimal supervision and have opportunities for career progression within the team.

Requirements & Salary:
