There is now an opportunity for a Court of Protection Specialist to join their already established team based in the West Midlands.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Court of Protection Specialist to join a growing team based on the outskirts of Birmingham city centre. In this role, you will enjoy unrivalled access to the head of department dealing with a mixed caseload of high value COP matters, in addition to taking deputyship of your own matters.

You will be responsible for a manageable caseload of property and financial affairs deputyship matters, on behalf of the Deputy, ensuring that all work is done in accordance with the OPG Deputyship Standards and SRA Rules.

The Candidate

• You will have 3+ years experience in the COP space.
