Senior Associate Court of Protection - Up to £70,000 salary.

This leading Legal 500 Boutique law firm offers specialist legal advice to Court of Protection clients requiring everyday support managing high value settlements and estates.

Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s highly-regarded Court of Protection department, it is now seeking to appoint an enthusiastic & technically strong Senior Associate / Legal Executive. For the successful candidate this role offers the opportunity to be appointed as Trust Corporation Director.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of high-value Property & Affairs Court of Protection matters as well as supervising junior members of the team. The role offers excellent promotion opportunities for the right candidate.

The Candidate

  • Senior Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5 years of post-qualification experience in Court of Protection or Private Client.
  • Experience in Property & Affairs applications to the Court of Protection
  • Ambitious and driven, with a proven record of technical knowledge
  • Experience gained in a high street or regional firm
