Job summary

Douglas Scott Global Recruitment is seeking an experienced Court of Protection / Private Client Solicitor to join a growing team in the UK. You will handle a varied caseload, advise on Deputyships, draft Lasting Powers of Attorney, and manage wills and probate matters with a focus on vulnerable clients.

Qualifications

• Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner.
• Experience in Court of Protection and/or Private Client work is preferred.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of Court of Protection and Private Client matters.
• Advising on Property and Financial Affairs Deputyships.
