About the Job
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join a renowned Top Tier Legal 500 firm with a strong national presence, based in Leeds. Due to growth they are seeking an experienced Court of Protection Partner or Senior Solicitor (6+ PQE) to play a pivotal role in leading and expanding a dynamic and growing department.
This is a senior role with an opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of a well-established Court of Protection team. The successful candidate will benefit from a steady pipeline of high-value work, generated by the firm’s highly regarded Clinical Negligence and Serious Injury teams. This role offers a balance of technical expertise, leadership responsibilities, and business development, supported by a collaborative and forward-thinking legal team.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Court of Protection property and affairs work, including complex deputyship cases and PI trusts. A background in acting as deputy or trustee, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to manage and develop junior team members are essential.
