Requirements
- Previous experience in a Court of Protection team (health and welfare or property and affairs) is highly desirable, though candidates with strong transferrable legal skills will also be considered.
- Strong communication and client care skills, with the ability to deal sensitively with vulnerable clients and their families
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Confident using legal software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Law degree or relevant legal qualifications (e.g. LPC/SQE) desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
