Role: Court of Protection Paralegal

Company: Top 200 Legal Firm

Experience: 1-2 years experience working in a similar role

Based: Lincolnshire

Offer: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum + benefits (depending on experience)

We are working with a reputable law firm based across Lincolnshire and the Midlands, recruiting for a Court of Protection Paralegal to work in their Lincoln office.

The firm seeks someone with previous experience in a similar area of law who is eager to grow and develop in a Court of Protection role.

Typical duties include:

• Dealing with initial enquiries
• Sending routine correspondence
• Liaising with family members/care homes
• Providing good service to existing and longstanding clients
• Maintaining accurate records of time spent on work

Ideal candidate:

• Previous Court of Protection Paralegal/Caseworker experience
• Excellent communication skills for clear advice and rapport building
• Proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn and develop
• Team-oriented and committed to contributing to the firm's success
