The Role:

As a Court of Protection Paralegal, you will support vulnerable clients and their families with financial management and property-related matters. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and submitting Court of Protection applications
  • Assisting with the management of deputyships and private trusts
  • Liaising with case managers, medical professionals, surveyors and financial advisors
  • Supporting with property purchases and adaptations
  • Drafting Personal Injury Trusts and other legal documents
  • Monitoring client budgets and financial reporting

About You:

Previous experience in Court of Protection, Private Client, or a related legal area
Excellent client care, organisational and written communication skills
Ability to work sensitively and empathetically with vulnerable clients
Strong attention to detail and capable of managing multiple priorities
