Court of Protection Paralegal - Birmingham– An exciting opportunity to join growing national firm and develop key skills within Court of Protection Law whilst working closely with specialist and established fee earners engaging in a meaningful and diverse caseload.

The role

The team prides itself on providing the highest quality advice and achieving the best results for their clients. These clients’ needs will be broad, often complex and arise from age, illness or injury.

You will be assisting the team with high-value court of protection matters as well as adopting a small caseload to manage independently.

Day to day tasks may include:

  • Visiting clients in their homes
  • Liaising with family members, care homes, case managers
  • Working with financial advisors to put financial plans in place

The ideal candidate

The team is seeking a talented and driven Paralegal who is willing to work as part of a team and is wanting to progress their career in this unique area of law. You will have some experience and understanding of and Court of Protection work and a passion for this sector.
