  • An award-winning national law firm is looking to appoint a Legal Director to its well-established Yorkshire Court of Protection team. With over 200 professionals across the country, 1,300 deputyships, and a caseload comprising some of the UK’s most complex property and affairs matters, this is a unique opportunity to play a senior role in a thriving national practice.

    You’ll work alongside experienced Legal Directors and Partners, supporting strategic departmental development while continuing to handle a high-quality caseload. Whether your focus is technical excellence, leadership, or progression to partnership, you’ll have the resources, recognition and flexibility to succeed.

    Who we’re looking for

  • Experienced Court of Protection solicitor operating at or ready for Legal Director level

  • Strong leadership and mentoring ability with a collaborative mindset
  • Commercially aware and comfortable contributing to departmental strategy
  • Passionate about delivering a gold-standard service to vulnerable clients

  • £70,000–£80,000 depending on experience
