Senior Legal Director - Court of Protection

An award-winning national law firm is seeking a Legal Director to join its well-established Yorkshire Court of Protection team. With over 200 professionals nationwide, managing 1,300 deputyships and handling some of the UK's most complex property and affairs cases, this role offers a unique opportunity to take a senior position within a thriving national practice.

You will work alongside experienced Legal Directors and Partners, supporting strategic departmental development while managing a high-quality caseload. Whether your focus is on technical excellence, leadership, or progression to partnership, you will have the resources, recognition, and flexibility to succeed.

Who we’re looking for

• Experienced Court of Protection solicitor at or ready for Legal Director level
• Expertise in managing high-value deputyship cases, including property acquisition, investment structures, and financial oversight
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative approach
• Commercial awareness and ability to contribute to departmental strategy
• Passion for delivering high-quality service to vulnerable clients

Salary & Benefits

• £70,000–£80,000 depending on experience
