The post-holder will be motivated, enthusiastic, and a strong team player committed to delivering the best outcomes for our learners by maximizing their potential and supporting their progress towards timely success.

This is a full-time position on a fixed-term contract.

The ideal candidate will have industry experience and be flexible in adapting to the various levels and needs of learners. You will line manage a team of tutors and be responsible for delivering highly effective teaching, learning, and assessment across allocated courses, programmes, and subjects. You will contribute to the college's standards of quality as part of a successful team.
