  • Lead and coordinate module coordinators, lecturers, and sessional staff.
  • Conduct periodic course reviews and ensure compliance with external and internal quality assurance processes.
  • Respond to student feedback, external examiner reports, and industry insights to drive course enhancements.
  • Support and contribute to teaching quality, curriculum innovation, and faculty mentorship.
  • Engage with industry professionals, accreditation bodies, and professional organisations to strengthen course reputation and employability prospects.
  • Serve on academic, administrative, and industry committees to uphold governance and quality standards.
  • Assist in student recruitment initiatives, including open days, outreach programs, and promotional activities.

  • Ability to engage with industry partners and external stakeholders.
  • Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (HEA) or willingness to obtain it.
  • Experience in programme leadership or course management.
  • Research and/or industry experience relevant to the engineering field.
